“ZK Medical”: Contribute to the fight against the epidemic

Suzhou ZhongKe Medical Device Industry Development Co., Ltd. (ZK Medical) is a company with the core of medical device engineering technology and service support, and it is based on the platform, talents, capital and other resources of the Suzhou Institute of Biomedical Engineering and Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences (SIBET). Among those projects, the detection kit project based on fluorescence in situ hybridization was particularly prominent. After the completion of the research and development of the project, it applied to the emergency approval channel of the State Drug Administration. After the close cooperation of the medical operation team and the research team, and with the strong support of the Ministry of Science and Technology and the State Pharmaceutical Administration, the project successfully obtained the registration certificate. Moreover, CCTV reported this news comprehensively as the system performed significantly in the fight against the epidemic. The use of this equipment in the People's Hospital of Suzhou New District has greatly improved the level of epidemic control in Suzhou New District. In addition, the first project, Flow Cytometry project, transferred from ZK Medical to BioSino Bio-Technology & Science Inc.(Suzhou), a member of the alliance, sold nearly 100 units during the epidemic, which played an important role in fighting the epidemic.
